I spent three years designing systems as a mechanical engineer — then I stopped. Not because I failed. Because I needed to know what I was actually made of.
I summited Ama Dablam at 6,812m. Got my Advanced Open Water certification. Camped off-grid in places that don't appear on tourist maps. Then I came back to engineering with sharper instincts and a clearer sense of what I'm building.
Documenting the intersection of the technical and the wild — one story, one summit, one build at a time.
Monthly dispatch: where I went, what broke, what worked, what I'm building next. No filler. Written from the field.
